This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you download and play the Don't Look Down mobile game (the "Application", the "Game"). In short: the game requires no account, collects no personal data and sends no data from your device. By using the Application you are deemed to accept this policy.

1. Data We Collect
1.1 Data stored locally on your device
Game progress and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server:
- Longest distance record
- Number of coins collected
- Looks (outfits and antennas) unlocked with coins, and the ones equipped
- Sound and music volume, vibration on/off preference
We cannot access this data. All local data is deleted when you uninstall the Application.
1.2 Automatically collected data
The game does not collect personal or usage data. The Application contains no advertising, analytics or crash reporting service; while the game is running, no data is sent from your device to us or to any third party.
1.3 Data we do not collect
- Personal information such as name, surname, email or phone number
- Advertising ID and device identifiers
- Camera, microphone, location, contacts, gallery
- Login or account information (the game requires no account)
2. Permissions
The Application includes the following Android permissions:

| INTERNET | Added by default by the game engine (Unity). The game currently neither sends nor receives data over the internet and can be played offline. |
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Google Play
The game is distributed through Google Play. Data that Google collects during download, updates and store transactions is subject to Google's own privacy policy; we have no access to it. Google Privacy Policy
3.2 Ads and purchases
There are currently no ads and no real-money purchases in the game; in-game looks are unlocked only with coins earned by playing. If ads or in-app purchases are added in the future, this policy will be updated before the version containing them is released.
4. Children's Privacy
Our Application is not specifically directed at children under 13. The game collects no personal data from any user, and therefore we do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 either. Parents can send questions to dontlookdown@atalaryazilim.com.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local data: completely deleted when you uninstall the Application. To delete it without uninstalling, go to Android Settings → Apps → Don't Look Down → Storage → Clear data.
- Server data: none. Since no record about you is kept, there is no server-side data to delete.
6. User Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
If you are in the European Union or Türkiye, you have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request correction of your data
- Request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Object to the processing of your data
Because the game collects no personal data, we hold no record about you. You can still contact us with any request at dontlookdown@atalaryazilim.com; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
7. Data Security
Local data is kept unencrypted as Unity PlayerPrefs in the Application's
private storage on the device. Only the Application itself can access this area (Android
app sandboxing). Since the game transmits no data over the network, there is no risk in
transit.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If there is a material change we will inform you with an in-app notice or in the Play Store description. The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
