A cartoon-style traffic puzzle where you pull cars aside to open an emergency corridor for an ambulance stuck in a jam. Each car only slides the way it faces; tap them in the right order, open the corridor and get the ambulance through before the patient's heart monitor flatlines. No account is needed; all progress data stays on your device.

Gameplay

  • One-tap play: the car you tap slides the way its arrow points, or honks if it is blocked
  • A heart-monitor timer: the beat speeds up and the screen pulses red as time runs out
  • A patient in every level; every fifth one is a critical patient with harder traffic, less time and double gold
  • Diagonal cars, broken-down cars, road works and sleepy drivers
  • Hints, and a rescue helicopter that lifts cars out of the way
  • Five city districts: downtown, highway, bay bridge, night city and a snowy pass
  • An ambulance garage, siren sounds, a daily reward and a new daily case every day
